Students’ Welfare & Health
Our college has been running Students’ welfare programs since inception which includes Annual cultural program, Educational excursion, Freshers’ welcome program, Annual sports, Prize distribution of various occasion including academic performances and in addition any grants received from outside agencies are properly distributed among the students.
Our college is a member of Students’ Health Home (SHH) of the district Murshidabad and parent body of which is State Students’ Health Home where our students get benefit of medical treatments at a concessional rate and the college is regularly paying annual subscription to the said organization. There is a provision of medical treatment of students not only within the country but also outside the country if necessary. In addition to providing medical facilities the SHH is also conducting Annual Cultural functions with the students of member colleges where our students participate and they are also awarded prizes, certificates etc. College has been regularly conducting heath checkup program of our students and staff where renowned doctors visit. Over and above health checkup program, the college also arranges medical awareness program, specially with our girls students and lady staff. The college tries to keep neat and cleanness in the college campus and is also trying to keep the college pollution free.
